well.... lets see here. 1.8L turbocharged, or a 1.6L n/a hmmm......(pretty obvious if you ask me) If we assuumed you knew nothing about cars (not ture because you know what engine you looking for) and all wee told you was the biiger the better. Which is better a 1.8 with an extra .3 for the turbo or a 1.6 with nothing extra? 2.1 or 1.6?

if those are your choices, get the B18. if you are open to other options, the B18c1 is still the best for all out speed (with a turbo). but you definately pay for it.

Pretty damn fast. Youll easily be pushing over 220 horses with a turbo'd B18. Which is rediculous for the weight of your civic.

Yeah, you should do up some suspension and brake upgrades first. You want to be able to turn and stop that thing too.

i want to put brembo rotors and some tein coilovers, but i really want to put the engine if first
