pardon my ignorance but what's CEL? >.<

if you're talking about the check engine light, it's on, they said it was the oxygen sensor...

Never ignore a CEL. Click the CEL link in my signature to learn how to pull the codes with a jumper wire at home. Post the codes you retrieve.

I have the same problem with the speedometer! it works most of the time but sometimes it lays on zero!! and no clue for when it happens! odometer works okay but speedo's being a headache! I need to know what's my speed. any idea on this? I appreciate your help guys. Thanks

Odometer working but speedometer not means the problem is in the speedometer head in the cluster. You could try taking the unit out of the cluster and resolder all the connections on its circuit board like you would a main relay. Also check that the speedometer pointer is not dragging on the dial face.
