Unhappy Stalled in deep water today

Hello, today there was about 2-3 feet of water I had to drive through(choose to..) and I drove too fast flooding the engine and stalling my car. It did start after I had put full throttle and cranked it a few times... This all happened about 3 times today. Its running but I am a bit worried I may have issues now. Anything I should check for or do? I let it run for about 30 minutes.

I suggest to change the oil at the very least. Any check engine lights?

And change the transmission fluid. I would park the car with the battery disconnected until it dries out thoroughly (if it ever does). Electrical problems make most flooded cars a total loss.

Choosing to drive into flood water can kill you, not just your car. Don't do it again.
