steering wheel from civic 06 into civic 97

i have a question ..

did someone of you or your friends anytime this modification ???

i have problems with the airbag system ..

is the hole airbagsystem from the 06 civic an other system .. or alike the 97 civic system ??

because the clips aren't the same .. so no plug and play ...

could anyone give me some infos .. or have allready done this ??

I know I'm going to here it this from other people.
But does it really matter that your airbag works or not?
If it really bothers you that much just remove the cluster and take the light out for the airbag, thats what i did.
I don't know if this will help but i know the EP3 wheel will plug and play.
