My sister-in-law & brother are contemplating moving from Idaho to Florida, they were looking at the cost of renting a truck & pulling the civic, however that cost was on the high side. The owners manual said the '03 Civic was not designed for towing. Has anyone around here ever done any towing & what kind of max weight or size has anyone ever done, within reason. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks for any info you can pass along!

wasnt design for towing, not to be towed. just get a dolly from uhaul its 20$ a day.
or you can buy one from craigslist for around 2-300 and then when they get to florida sell it.
