Tight tranny plug

Default Tight tranny plug

How in the world does one get the tranny plug out? I tried everything and that sucker will not pudge.

BTW 2000 Civic VP

Make sure you're trying the correct hole. There are two spots in that area where a 3/8" socket wrench will fit, one of which is the tranny drain plug, the other doesn't move and will break wrenches

I only saw one. It did have the square 'hole'.

Use an 18" or 24" breaker bar.
