timeing belt....

Default timeing belt....

i'm haveing a 02 civic that i want to buy looked at. is there any way to tell if the timeing belt has changed? anything else i should have my guy look abt? it has 120k mi.

You can tell if the previous owner had an aftermarket T-belt put on.

Generally you cant tell how old it is just by looking at it.

Assume that it has not been changed unless the previous owner has proof that it was.
