Timing belt kit questions 1997 Civic

Hello, I was curious your thoughts on this kit from ebay. Super Auto TWPHD03 Engine Timing Belt Kit with Water Pump and Seals Set | eBay

My car has 86,000 miles and is about due for a belt change, is this kit ok? Has anyone used it with any issues?

Basically, what is your experience with this kit, or other after market ones? Has anyone actually seen one fail?
