True HElp needed!

But that's not a "tie rod". Yes, it's a brace that'll tie together two points on the subframe, but it's not one of the "tie rods" that help you steer the front of the car. If the car had four-wheel steering, then yes, he'd have rear tie rods.
The OP already replaced his tie rods, and I didn't want him to get confused.

Ok..now i am understanding a lot better. SO I need to replace my coilovers i have now for either some stiffness shocks? or probably get some heavy duty lowering springs and keep my stock shocks? I have just the coilover set up RiGHt(now).. Could i get 3-5 listings of setups i should get for a nice cornering, ground zero balance while going across railroad tracks, or sewer plates!!!

Stock shocks are really only good for stock spring rates. If you're currently using stiffer springs, you'll need to upgrade your shocks to help control them.
Imagine jumping on a mattress, then you stop. You won't stop instantly - you'll still bounce a couple of times before coming to a complete stop, right? That's basically what's happening with your car. Every time it hits a bump, it'll bounce on the springs, and keep bouncing until it loses kinetic energy, or there's something to help dampen the bounce (which should be your shocks).
Since the stock shocks are designed for softer springs, they're not strong enough to control the stiffer springs you have now.
Get some decent shocks (KYB - not the GR2, Koni, Tokico - but not the HP), and I'll bet the car will ride like a champ. You may not even need sway bars if you set it up correctly.
Do you know what the spring rates are for the new ones you just bought?

Currently on now are some off brand coilovers.. So can i upgrade shocks on there or is all that eliminated? Should i replace back to the stock springs and shocks, then add lowering springs on then top that with some good shocks?
