yes, with a poly type r lip, i'd like a sir lip though, lol

if ur car is lowered. would the stock bumper be more off the ground then a front bumper like that one i was talking abuot before. stock is short and more off the ground right? like i wouldnt touch the gruond as much with a regular one? (with a lip)

Most body kit bumpers give lower ground clearence you are correct. The only aftermarket front bumper I have ever liked for a 96-98 is the CWEST front
