hi, ive gotten into cars a lot in the last few years. doing everything from installing subs, radios, tv, playstations, to air filters, alternators, and underglow. im looking to get a new car. (since im still driving the van my mom gave me when i turuned 16...) im looking to get a honda civic or a honda CRX. it seems like everyone has a civic. which is not a bad thing, it means lots of parts and help when i need it. personally i like the look of the CRX to the civic. i have done more audio work than performance so the CRX trunk makes me sleep well at night. i do want to get more into the power and speed aspect of cars though. so i guess ill wrap it up there. basically my question is. what are the advantages and disadvantages to each car. i have about 3,000-5,000 to spend on the car itself. im looking at a 1991 honda CRX si and a few 1993-1994 honda civic hatchbacks. thanks for the help

 

Why not check out a 90 civic hatch < like mine >. Its like the CRX with more room for woofers. WHat power output you wanitng?

 

i guess i got attracted to the CRX because of the smaller look than the hatchback but also the room for subs. also the two seater caught my attention. im still thinking about it. i really dont know too much about either of the cars. i think the CRX has about 130 horsepower? right? i was hoping to get it up to about 160-190. that would be enough for me. i think thats what you ment by power output. unless u ment audio power. in which i think im gonna put 2 12 inch subs, or maybe one fifteen. probablly 1000 watt amp.
