my dad is buying a bunch of electric cars for the company he works for and the guy who is selling the electric cars, sells them out of his motor swap shop(http://www.enginereplacement.com) thats his shop here on Longisland, NY it 5min from my house, he said since my dad is buying the electric cars(4 of them) at $16000 a peice, he will do the labor (free) for a swap on my 95 civic Dx....right now i have D15b7 non vtec, the question is should i go D16z6/JDM D15B and boost OR should i go B16a2 since im getting the labor for FREE!

Z6 for cheaper swap with decent power....
B motor for even more power.....


either way you still have to afford the motor/tranny, mounts, ecu and such.LOL so it all depends on WHICH you can AFFORD

the labor isnt that bad.....

 

i would if i had the cash moneys but working part-time cause i got High school isnt helping me get a b18 and i have a Girlfriend<---biggest reason for no money LMAO

 

i guess the no money explains the black fender. Go b16 no one likes torque anyways, afeter six grand its all balss out, but before sixits like driving a d, it only has five or six more lbs or torque than a d

lol i should take some new pics, the fender is now white, the hood is now painted/ i am getting a CF one very very soon....my spoiler is now white and i got 15" rota GT3s Red......i think i will go b16, i also found a shop going out of buisness selling a b18c5 for 2600 with tranny axles ect full swap but its in chicago.

 

i say go with the B16a2, although the jdm d15b is good engine.

k, so i am going B16 cause my dad finally gave me the ok, he was like why do you want to put more money into this car im like idk its a love for hondas lol

 

B16 FTW!! Or if you want something cheaper just get a B18. Those are somewhat powerful.
