There is a dude in town that wants to trade me my 89 hatch STD, 600 dollars, and a extra set of rims I have for a 99 4 door civic that was recently broken in to and the only thing wrong with it is the little piece of glass on the back door is broken and the center pieceof the dash is broke. It also needs new struts but not a major thing. What would you guys do???? Let me know.

i have a 88 std....its slow....

4 speed with like 72 hp if im luckey....

you will have no AC
NO power windows, no center console,

if you car is really messed up....maybe but other wise...i wouldn't

 

I am the one that has the STD so I will be upgrading to having all of that stuff and I also have a family, so it would be a little easier.

 

OHHHHH...you have the 89...that sounds like a hell of an upgrade.

Yea the only thing that is wrong with it is the little piece of glass on the rear passenger window is broken and the center dash trim is broken. Other than that everything is fine with it. The guy just says he wants a hatch and needs some extra cash. So I should be doing the deal this friday. Ill try and gets pics of my hatch up here and then Ill see if I can get some pics of his car. I can't get the file size down to the right size.

And by the way an 89 STD is the one that doesn't come with PS AC center console and has a 4 speed tranny. It sucks to have one of these
