Default What would you do...

out of these two options..

Have a 90' civic si... the body needs paint and has some rust holes about the size of a quater on it... maybe 2 of them. (Im running a d16z6, header and exhaust, thats it)

If it were your 2nd car, not your main driver.... Would you......

A, Get body work and paint done... and maybe some rims

B, Get a port and polished head, a camshaft, ported intake manifold, big bore throttle body, ecu and a cold air intake.

Im assuming both will cost about the same.

Not your driver id fix the rust. Rust is evil when it gets worse.

...I would do performance....I mean why have a car looking nice when it only has so little HP? That's IMO anyway.

Thanks for the votes so far.

I should mention, I will fix the rust before too long, def. not going to let it get out of control... But for now, I have the money for one or the other.

again, thanks for the current votes.

Fix the body first. Performance is a waste if the body rusts off.

^I LOL'd. Dude, you need to do like Marcus and at least spray it in grey primer. If you really feel like it, rattle can now and get it done professionally later.

Meh, but it would be a waste of money and time if I do plan on getting it done later. Plus, I am addicted to go fast parts. I would really love to see this motor get dropped in before the paint. And I am referring to the rents/waves/ripples in the rear dr. side 1/4 panel. Plus little hints of rust showing up in random areas discourages me from doing anything right now until I can pay a professional.

Trust me, I am not as good as Marcus with a spray can. It would look god-awful.

If I did do it, I would have to wait until it gets warmer again.

i would just put it all, into the bodywork, get a good job done. if i could go back, i would have spent another $500 to get a better result.
