This is my first post....need HELP!!!!....I have a 98 Civic 41,000 miles. The prolbem is: The wipers won't shut off, unless if I shut off the car. When the car starts the blades are moving in normal mode.......I can even speed them up to the fastest.....however intermediate mode and off mode won't responed.......
What is the solution?????? Will it be costley?????? Appreciate your help!!!!!!!!!!!!
