Default Is it worth turboing b16a2 ?

Hey guys,

I've been wanting to upgrate my honda civic 1.6 vtec, for a long time now.
And now ive gotten an chance to buy edelbrock turbo kit for stock engine.
I was wondering if it really worth it. I am not talking about money like worth it, im talking about will it ruin my hondas motor in a short period of time? Coz i love my honda and i want it to last for a long time. If this turbo kit will blow engine in next 2 years then i dont really want it.
I dont know much about this so i thought you could help me with some experience. Help me out please.

yes, as long as you don't skimp on the tune, your engine should last quite a while
