Check each cruise control switch on the brake and clutch pedal. One is likely bad or the rubber stopper has fallen out or broken.

oh **** no wonder! i found this rubber thing that fell out, well broke off the clutch pedal... so thats wat it was... lmao. hey everyday u learn something new! lol... u never stop learnin... thanks a bunch!
