Same thing happened with 17's on my old EG sedan, and on the sol. The tires on the HX rims will fit better, you should get new fender liners when you get those wheels on it. I have new fender liners coming soon.

^I think some road debris smacked the inner fender against the tire and it go wedged between the frame the the wheel.

still odd.LOL you sure your not rubbing that sucker hard when turning and hit a dip?

only thing i dont like is the white lettering out on the tires.

It just starts to rub if I hit a dip on a turn, not enough for it to attack the inner fender though. The last two winters the inner fender would flop against the tire because of plowing snow. Oh well, I chalk it up to weight reduction. lol
