Well, keep in mind this is my daily and it needs to run in winter too. s300 compensates for the cold cold temperatures in winter so that the car will run and not flood. When I started I too said screw tuning at a shop, but now I see that it will be worth it.

 

Yea don't want to cheap out on the thing that keeps the car running right ha... at least cheap out TOO much.

Once you get this thing going we need to meet up sometime. I may be a little young (18 on the 30th) but I wanna see this beast and at least meet you ha. If you ever need help I can lend a hand somehow... I know more than most people would expect and I'm trying to learn as much as I can... going to MATC for mechanic next year. And I could always use someone who knows more than I do to help me if I got problems.

I also got the intake mani torqued down, water pump on, new tensioner and timing belt on.

The wedding is July 31st. It's coming up quick!! I would like to get the engine in this weekend. Then I'll be able to get the charge piping fit.

 

Ah that's exciting - both the car and wedding! Hope everything goes smoothly for the wedding, still got 2 more monthes to go though! Comes up real quick... that's how it was with my sisters, comes up real quick and the day goes really fast.

Supposed to be nice this weekend too... high 70s. Perfect weather for doin work.... better than these 90 degree days. I'm gonna be 18 on Sunday... goin to Al's Saturday see if they got any new Civics and hopefully going to get some new wheels in the next week if I find some.

Okay I'll check, they've been getting a decent amount of Civics lately. Never seen an ek there until last time I went they had 2... completely stripped though... I never get there early enough.
