Haha. Thanks for the help. But I did check finally manage to check what codes the ecu was throwing. It was 3 and 23. Vtec and the map sensor. He vtec wire was cut, so I said ill worry about that after. And the map sensor was throwing a code because I had to map sensors, one on the tb, and one hanging near the feul filter. I first had it connected to the one one the tb.
So I switched to the one on the firewall and the check engine light went away.I then wired the vtec green/yellow wire (it was cut in half) and connected it to the shock tower bundles, since I guess all 92 came prewired for vtec from the bay harness and the new motor had the ex motor harness.

And the reason why the car wasn't moving was because one of the axels was broke (where it connects into the tranny) and so the car wasn't moving. But we found that out after we put my old tranny from dx/lx back in. So the ex/si tranny is still good and I will do that another time. My tranny now makes a slight grinding noise, but not to worried since the ex/si tranny will be going in soon.
Until then, the car runs fine, no more idle issues. Hopefully it stays that way.

ahhh what the fackkkkkkkkk. so as i waas driving home, i hear something fall from (seemed pretty big when it fell) and then my battery lights comes on. first thing that ran threw my head was "shizz did i tighten the alternator bolt?" so i make it home. and find all my belts (alternator, power steering) fell off. the alternator belt fell out of the engine somewhere, but the ps belt got hung up on something. and the timing belt was half slipped on and half slipped off. ouch, that could have been ugly. so i find that my harmonic balancer was what fell off the car. so now im in need of a new one. so i have to check the local junk yards for one. this sucks

I find it alittle funny. But if the timing belt fell off, it wouldn't be funny.
