No we got it all welded up today. I even had time to pressure test and smoke test it. Not a single tiny leak. Its not really pretty, but the BOV plate was a casting and those things never weld right. I have been waiting to hear from Ben before I ship it to him though.

well for looks you can always slap some bondo around it and sand smooth

^^^ Yeah. My main concern was it being strong, and airtight. It is both in spades. LOL
