Got it all installed today. Ride is a bit bumpy, but I still haven't touched the spring adjustment on it. It does corner quite amazingly though. Ill try to get some more pictures up tomorrow.

Well,

I have been driving around with my suspension for about a week now and I like it a lot. Can really tell handling has improved in the corners. Like I said a little more bumpy, but I don't mind it.

I am in the market for wheels next and have recently become obsessed with BBS RS style wheels. Now I do not feel like dropping 2 grand for a set, so replicas are my option.

There is a company, ESM, selling replicas for about 600 a set but had some questions on them fitting on my car nicely .

They offer them in 15x7 +20..which i think is my best bet on fitting.

They also offer them in 16x7.5 +20 or +35. Not too sure if those would fit without sticking out a bunch.

Picture of the rim for reference:

Or maybe just get some actual bbs. There is a dealer selling them for about 1000 a set with tires. after I put tires on the replicas ill be at that price anyhow.

15x6.5 +34, which should just fit delightfully.

Figured I would throw a spring update out.

My new suspension has been nice. Finally got used to being much lower and the handling is improved. One of my wheels is way out of balance so I have been getting a lot of steering shake. Hopefully I can get that taken care of soon.

My engine is running very bad. I have been holding off on doing the headgasket do to financial struggles. $800 dollars on suspension then a trip to vegas probably shouldn't have gone right after each other. HA.

Anyways, ordered a full head gasket set and will be tuning up the car this weekend with my dad. New gaskets all around, timing belt, water pump, fuel filter, spark plugs, coolant flush as well as putting my ARP head studs from my last engine in. Should have her purring nice very soon!

Some updated pictures from the weekend

Still having trouble deciding on rims and need to figure out what the hell I am doing with my interior. my front seats are completely shot, my back seats don't match (top and bottom) and my carpet is brown and ugly and coming out.

Not sure which will come first, but hoping to either get a nice set of JDM wheels or a nice set of front seats.

I have been eyeballing a set of volk super fine race mesh wheels, but they are rather expensive.

Basically Volk's go at BBS Rs'

How much are those wheels? They look super nice. And Sol seats seem to be the hot item right now, comfy as hell if you can find a set

Good to know. I feel if I am gonna spend money on seats, might as well just save up and get some brides. Do it right the first time. Plus, I have always wanted a set.

Those are selling from an importer for about 800. There are a few sets floating around all over the place. Waiting for one to pop up for the right price and snag them.

That'd be cool (the bride seats). Or a set of S2k seats? If you could get them that'd be so great. Idk about rear seats though That you'd have to find out what fits. I know there are some other model seats that fit back there just don't know off the top of my head.

I am still thinkin about getting a EF sedan some day and making it beast as hell like your hatch (inspiration for it also comes from my bud's white 90 sedan...GSR swap). But for now I need to pay off my truck and such...damn college expenses
