Yeah, the car had a Momo wheel when it was for sale that was sold before I bought the car. So he put the stock one back on. Since the Momo wheel was first put on the SRS light has been on, the horn hasn't worked, and the turning signals do no turn off automatically after a turn. Ive never messed with it before, but plan on trying to figure it out when I get a new wheel soon...I just can't make up my mind on a new wheel.

What goes wrong with that cable reel?

If the wheels are not straight and the cable reel is not aligned properly when the steering wheel is installed, the ribbon cable inside the reel will snap off the solder connections irreparably. Symptoms are no horn and SRS light on. The turn signal problem is a separate problem, likely just a worn out combination switch.

I'd just get a new cable reel. A junkyard special will do. Any EK or AP2 one will do, probably others. Just be sure to follow the install instructions.

I'm pretty sure I have the one off my Civic from when I swapped to the AP2 wheel if you're interested.

Turbo kit has started being pieced together. Ordered an AEM UEGO Wideband O2 along with AEM Tru Boost and AEM oil pressure gauges. Still thinking of where to mount them, might do something different than the usually triple A pillar mount.

Also looking for some new seats. Im looking for something reclineable and black, maybe some blue stitching if I can find it. Any suggestions?

Recaro always makes nice seats, I would check them out!

Good luck getting traction haha. Friend of mine has a gsr ek coupe, just like mine, look alike besides his lip is carbon fiber and gold Konigs. He boosted his gsr, he's making around 275-300 to the wheels, no solid traction til 3rd.

Does he have any suspension work done? Proper suspension will help with that.

Side note, CX Racing silicone hoses are garbage. They came with the radiator so I figured I'd use them, but they leak like crazy. Couldnt get them to seal for anything. So I switched them out for a new set of black OEM hoses.

As far as seats go, I know the major brands, but I just cant seem to find any black with blue stitching! haha Ill keep looking though.

Yes he has good suspension, he's put a ton of money in his car. Got the shell for like $800 from a towing company with a blown y8. I'm not sureon his exact setup but its not cheap ****, and he's low as hell too. I know he doesn't have traction bars though...
