Reaper's Mustang Project (abridged version)
Yeah, hopefully. The seats I have are black cloth, and the ones I'm getting are going to be black suede. I'll be doing a custom black suede headliner, sun visors, door panels, and the the rear seat delete will be black suede to match as well. I'm thinking about doing red stitching in the suede, also (nothing too cluttered, a line of stitching going down the center of the headliner, around the edge of the sun visors, around the outside edge of the door inserts, and probably something on the rear seat delete. I won't know about the rear seat delete for a while though... I need to figure out how the exhaust is going to be routed before I know how the rear seat delete will be shaped. Then the roll bar will be painted metallic red to match the exterior of the car, and I'm thinking black harnesses.
Also, right now I'm trying to decide what color courtesy lights I should install. I'm going to aim them into the foot-wells and wire them to the dome light's power wire, so they only come on when the dome light's on (ie, when the door's open). I'm thinking either blue or green would look best (the stock gauges/HVAC are green, and my aftermarket gauges will also be green backlit, and my head unit has a blue LCD display with green backlit buttons), but I also think a cool white would be the classiest-looking.

I did the same thing with the courtesy lights. Works nicely. You have to actually wire it to the dome light's bulb contacts if you want them to turn on both when the doors are open and when you flip the switch on for any reason.
I'll have to check into it. From what I've been hearing on 3.8mustang, it's as easy as splicing into the wire, but it's possible that they didn't have it set up like I want to and were just using it as a power supply.
Anyway, in a few weeks (probably closer to a month... the car insurance bill just came =/ ) I'm planning on ordering my camber/caster plates. I'm thinking I might pull apart the suspension and pull out the spring isolators since I'll be re-aligning it anyway. It won't be much of a drop, but it'll be a free ~.25"-.5" drop.
Also, no word on the boots/armrest yet. Hopefully they get shipped out here soon, but I can understand them not being shipped immediately; after all, they are custom.

I'm super-cereal! Just like al gore was about man-bear-pig!
Question though. For the courtesy lights, do you guys think white (classier, but adding a 3rd light color to the interior), green (the color of the gauges), or blue (the color of the head unit)? Whatever color I go with, I'm going to get an LED domelight to match (the map lights will remain stock so I have at least two useful interior lights if I go with green).
Or maybe green courtesy lights with a blue dome light?
