P.S. It's a bitch to mount this (well, to mount the condenser without the stock fan on it). You really gotta get creative with the A/C Brackets.
The problem is that all 4 of the mounting points for the condenser mounting to the radiator support are on the stock fan shroud.

I'm talking about mounting the condenser to the car after you have swapped fans.
The mounting points for mounting the condenser to the car are all on the stock fan shroud. Once you swap fans, you no longer have mounting points for mounting the condenser to the car.
What I did is I used the rubber feet from the condenser fan shroud and wedged them in the rail on the bottom end of the condenser. For the top, I used a bracket from another part of the hose mounting to hold one of the a/c lines in place, which in turn held the top of the condenser in place.
you can see the bracket in the top right hand corner of this pic

then again here:

HIDs were acting up. Rewired them, didn't help. One bulb just flickers and doesn't stay lit after flickering.
So, tired of the ballasts cluttering up my engine bay and tired of how blue the bulbs were and most importantly the acting up and extra wiring, I took the HIDs out, wiped off my Silverstar bulbs and put them back in. Ordered some Nokya 5000k halogen bulbs, hoping for a whiter light and a little more visibility than the Silverstars.

have you tried switching the ballasts or bulbs?
i had a old bulb go bad. it flickered and didnt want to fire up. i got a new ballast only to have the same flickering. odd how a bad bulb can still flicker!

if you switch ballasts and the same bulb flickers. i got 1 6K hid bulb. just regular not the bixenon. same one on the video but the good one.LOL i switched out my old bulbs to 8K bulbs. so this ones still good but is used. 18bucks and its yours IF its your problem. switch ballasts to confirm. but if the problem goes with the ballast then its the ballast.

But nah, I decided i'm just going to stick with halogens. I don't like all the extra wiring and stuff.
One of the bulbs is still good, and at least one of the ballasts is still good. They're the bi-xenon 8000k you sold me.
Do you want them, to keep as spare parts for your HIDs? I'll sell you everything for $20.
