No, I meant i'll have to find somewhere I can do the install. I'll be living in an apartment and I doubt they'll want me doing that in the parking lot

Took the car to the shop the other day to get an alignment... turns out the right tie rod was bad and the steering rack bellows were severely torn, so I dropped some cash and got it replaced. Probably could have done it myself, but eh.

Anyway, the car goes straight now when the wheel is straight, and the play in the steering wheel is completely gone. It handles soooooooooo much better now and i'm loving it... feels like i'm driving a brand new car.

Unfortunately, the bad toe i've been driving on chewed up my front tires pretty bad. Gonna have to replace those soon.

I also got my 1993 del Sol glove box the other day in the mail and installed it. I wrote myself a note to take pictures, so i'll try to do that later today.

Is the an actual difference in those glove boxes?

Yep, pretty significant difference. The 93 glove box looks better from the outside, and has more room inside too. The 94-97 glove box is different because the 94-97 dash has a passenger size airbag. Also as a result, the glove box has less room inside, and has to stick out from the dash to even make it so there is any room in the box whatsoever.

I had a 94+ glove box because my 93 one broke (they have plastic hinges and stoppers... major design flaw).

Here's pics!

thanks guys

nothing new today, but I thought I needed some new engine bay pics... my old ones were pretty outdated. Gonna post some to my garage photo gallery but I figured i'd post them here too.

The bay could use a respray but i'm not pulling the engine so eh, it'll just have to be like this. Maybe i'll at least clean and rattle-can that spot where the blue is exposed though.

Damn. I love the blue Sols. Too bad he covered it up. At least they painted the bay I guess, nothing worse than seeing the original color when you pop the hood.
