Default Intermittent electrical failure

So I've got a tricky situation. I've got a 2005 Honda Civic LX and I take good care of it. That being said, I've got an issue I can't figure out.

A month ago while driving the gauges all dropped, radio turned off as well as the heat, air, all that jazz. The lights stayed on and the engine running for another 5-10 minutes before the check engine light came on and then the car died as I managed to get to a parking lot near home. After getting a jump and running the engine for nearly 35 minutes driving at speeds with the rpms over 2 it ran as good as ever.

I had the battery tested and it's super good, I tested the alternator and that's good too. I changed the oil and checked all my fluids and those are good too. I haven't checked for codes with an OBD2 sensor yet, but I'm wondering if it's the master relay?

This morning it happened again as I was driving home after dropping kid 1 at school. No check engine light this time as I got home before the engine died, but gauges dropped while lights stayed on, radio, heat, and air stopped, just as before.

Could it be the cold as a witch's tit temps? It was super cold when it happened last time too. I have a battery warmer and the block heater was plugged in before making the trip to school this morning.

The intermittent bit is an issue for diagnosis because it's not acting up when I attempt to take it to see a mechanic as I'm not great with electrical issues. Does anyone have issues like this, a possible diagnosis, or a possible solve?
