well some people like myself can't afford full coverage at this point. and even if i could why the hell would i want to watch my baby burn and all the blood sweat and tears that went into it ???

 

well if you have a electrical fire the chances are your car is still doomed because even tho the fire extinguisher may put out the fire for a min... the batery will still make the fire come back. so unless your very fast and unhook the battery chances are it will still go up in a fireball extinguisher or not.

Also the persons car who caught on fire had the time to take pics, but not try to think of a way to put the fire out.....Last thing I would be doing is going, O HEY! my car is on fire, let me take pics of it happening so I can post it on civic forums.....

 

i was thinking the same thing.LOL plus he left the hood open which is the worst thing you can do for a engine fire... your letting it breath making it worse! id be on the side of the street digging up dirt to start throwing on the fire at least TRYING to put it out. only time i would actually step back and let it burn would be if the fire was in the interior or in the trunk... and thats from the gas tank proximity!
