Yeh, if you won't be constantly driving in 18" deep puddles, you don't need no stinkin bypass valve.

Get a CAI......please.

the only time ive ever had personal experience with hydro lock was when my friend drove his 95 lincoln town car through a deep puddle

by deep i mean when it stopped raining little kids were swimming in it
