Air Filter Box Problem
Hey guys im new to the forum and just recently bought a 2002 Honda Civic 4DR, and yesterday i bought myself a K&N bolt on Cold Air Intake System. I spent the about an hour removing the air box and original piping for the air intake and when it came down to removing the air filter box im having some problems.
#1.) small hose running to the front of the air filter box wont come off, even after loosening the clamps.
#2.) original piping running underneath air filter box isnt coming off either. I loosened the clamp and the rubber from the box is overlapping on top of the metal pipe but even if i give her it wont come off.
Am i missing something. I removed all the bolts holding down the box but are there any hidden screws or bolt im not aware of?
Sorry im new as well to the whole honda modding scene.
Thanks in advance.
Dom

Hello Dom, and welcome to the site!!
Best thing to do, is climb underneat your car and just give it a thorough look around. I just replaced my stock airbox with an AEM CAI a couple weeks ago, and it took me a little while to find all the little snaps and screws that were holding that stuff in. Just give it a good look over top to bottom and make DAMN SURE you got everything. Good luck!!
