maybe $50
bring your old cat and have them cut it off the stock header and weld it into the exhaust.
before you take it to the exhaust shop, bring your cat to the hardware store and find a short bolt that will plug up the hole for the O2 sensor.

You cat should go after the down pipe before the exhaust
HEADER >>> DOWNPIPE >>> CAT >>> EXHAUST
if you bring it to an exhaust shop and the guy is licensed; he should know exactly where to put it.
