short air intake ?

Default short air intake ?
I'm kinda new to everything so bear with me. I seen a short air intake kit, on procivic for like 30$. Is this too cheap or what? or does it seem legit to buy. it comes with the pipe, filter, and hardware.

Link plz? and short air intake? do you mean short ram? and thirty seems low sure its not just the filter?
