Aprox. 1/4 time, WHP and torque

Default Aprox. 1/4 time, WHP and torque

i have a 1997 Civic EX w/ the stock d16 vtec, AEM short ram intake, Venom intake manifold, greddy evo2 cat-back exhaust what kind of horsepower and torque do you think it can do?

i think it's power and torque will be pretty close to stock, that is, 127 hp@6600 rpm 107tq@5500 rpm... probably 5-10 more than that...

I agree with that ^^^, but dont you usually lose power with engine wear? It would probably be the same as it was new stock. Just my guess.

^ that's is very true. if you're driving an automatic, you also never put down the factory spec HPs. the 5-10 HP gain on top of stock that i mentioned would only be at like redline.

a d16 with a sri, intake mani, and cat-back would definitely show noticable gains over stock. i am by no means a dyno expert, but i would guess it's at least (or near) 10hp above stock.
