Default b16 header and full system.

Rite before i get flamed for this i've searched, searched and read more and nothing has really helped.
I've got a b16a currently with a 5zigen 4-2-1 header, a Buddyclub decat, a Buddyclub centre section and a 5zigen Border304 speed backbox. I'm looking to change the entire system for something highflow as i'm building an all motor b16. Basically i'm just wondering what system will give the greatest power gains,my current thoughts are J's Racing Circuit spec, Buddyclub spec IV, another full 5zigen system, full Spoon N1 system.
As for headers i'm undecided as to whether i want 4-1 or 4-2-1 but i'd been thinking on Toda, Kakimoto, Fujibutso,Jun Auto, Buddyclub or 5zigen.
Any advice or help cheers guys.

I don't have answers to your questions, but I would hope that you don't encounter any flaming for your questions. The forum is making a genuine effort to eliminate such unfriendly responses.

How much money you looking to spend? Cause all motor builds are expensive. But as for the header if your looking for more top end power look for headers that have shorter primary runners and bigger diameter primary runners. 4-2-1 will be better for your all motor setup, yet 4-1 its better for street use. As for all those brands you listed I really dont know which one is better, you will have to do some research on those. What other mods do you plan on doing?

The mods i'm going for are:
Stage5 head work with titanium valves, titanium guides,spec5 (race) cams, springs, retainers, ported + polised head, stem seals, high comp pistons (somewhere about 14:1),head skim,victor-x inlet manifold port matched, mugen intake, lightened adjustable cam pullys, lightened flywheel,s4c gearbox, cusco clutch and somemore goodies. Then when i buy my next one in about 6 months that's getting boosted and my current one is getting k22 treatment, just i wanna build my b16 first and keep the engine for my mk1 golf.

Nope definately not the case, just i drive an import SiR2 so i do a lot of reading on Jap companies as i wanna keep true to its roots,as you can see the only part that isn't JDM is the inlet manifold and that will probably change to a Jun Auto one.
