My uncle got pacesetter headers on his trans am and he seems happy with them.

you can get universal high flow cats from jegs.com for about 80$ you just have to cut and weld the flanges from the old cat. a good intake, header, and exhaust is good for maybe 20 hp. if you get those get a fuel pressure regulator as well so the car wont run lean, you will feel some power with that straightened out also. a cam would help out with your power and torque also.

if you seriously want a hp increase with a couple hundred dollars, nitrious is gonna be your best bet and your car will still pass emissions...

A NOS system. Anything else will only give very small, unnoticable gains.
