Okay just curious, would an 96-00' HX magnaflow cat fit on an 96-00' EX?
Because the HX is california state legal for emissions but the EX is not, and I NEED it to pass it, because I need to smog it asap for new owner registration.

get a universal weld on cat, just have it welded somewhere in your exhaust system and you should be good to go. Make sure its a name brand thouhg (like Magnaflow), i dont think the ebay/chepo cat's will pass emissions, theres not much to them.
Never heard of the EX not being legal, California is ridiculous lol
