Center/ Offset Question
Alright, so I'm thinking about purchaing a Flowmaster 60 Series Delta Flow muffler for the sake of the sound. I'm not expecting performance gains or anything like that, and I know I SHOULD be getting a cat-back. What it comes down to is that I just can't afford it. (Just trying to avoid some comments about how mufflers are a waste, heh).
I've got an 01 EX Coupe and the stock muffler has an offset tube on the way in and a centered tube on the way out. Problem lies in the fact that the 60 Series only comes in a C/C or C/O (In/Out respectively). I've considered the option of using the C/O just with the whole thing offset to one side, but that would screw up hangar placement and I'm not sure it would fit. Is it possible to just reroute the pre-existing tubing to the new position? I guess then the problem becomes where the extra tubing would come from and if PepBoys prebent tubing would be sufficient.
I'll be having a friend of mine weld it, but with these complications I'm wondering if my best bet is a muffler shop. How much am I looking at for just the install?
Thanks in advance, and any advice is much appreciated! (Except for suggests of a cat-back : P)

i still say catback, j/k,
i say go for the c/c setup and have a local muffler shop and have them install it just so they can make sure it's true and straight, plus if they don't do it right the first time, you can just tell him to redo it and you don't want to pay a dime.[:@](just to save yourself the time)

Should I just bite the bullet?

Seems like a good price to me...
Edit: *Ordered* Funny how it always comes back to the full system.
