Cone Filter Difference

Is there any difference between the cap cone filter and the one with the hole on top?

The one with the hole on the top will pull in air from top of the cone while the capped one will not. But honestly you will not notice the difference. There are a lot of great brands like AEM, Injen, that use the capped end design and work great.
