Default good cone filters?

i bought an ebay short ram and i want to get a better filter, but before i spend 50 bucks on a K&N cone, does anyone know of any cheaper alternatives that have similar performance and quality to K&N?

They're all around $45-50.

AEM, Injen, K&N, Apex'i (more expensive), WeaponR

Just buy the K&N, and a cleaning kit, then it'll last forever.

AEM DryFlow worked for me, and you don't have to oil it if i'm not mistaken.

Im spending 200 on used cat and header right now, and that will be the last thing i can afford to buy for a little while, but if it is still there when I find a job I will take you up on that.
