I'm looking for an intake for my 04 civic. From what I understand, AEM is a good brand. Ive noticed them on eBay going for $250 plus easy, then I found this one. Shipped it is like $100. My question is why is it only $100? Am I overlooking something with this listing or do you think the reason it is $100 and not $250+ is because it is used? Thanks for the help.

Do you need it to be carb legal?
if not i think you can just get a no-brand intake for cheaper..
