EX CatBack + HiFlow Cat fit on a DX?

EX CatBack + HiFlow Cat fit on a DX?
I have a DX with a header, and as many of u know the 99 DX has the cat right in the exhaust mani, so when i installed the header it removed the cat. If i were to put a high-flow cat and then a cat-back exhaust from a '99 EX on my car, would this fit correctly and bolt right on? I would like to do this to have a cat on my car again.
