I was wondering what the best type of exhaust system for a honda civic ex 2000 might be. I want one that sounds really good and doesnt sound like a ricer. If you have any suggestions please let me know!!

 

greddy evo 2 has a nice sound and not too loud.

 

i thought all (or almost all) were made by same co. and all the littler places put their plackard on it

 

id agree w/ ball playa, i love how the evo sounds, its like the low B string growl of a five string bass...orgasmic

 

first, you have to define what your idea of a ricer sound is. it might be different than others. but if you are looking for soley my opinion. the apexi dunk and any hks catback is the best i have heard. i have both and htey both sound great. i don't think they make the dunk anymore, but i'm sure you can find one if you look around. that's just my opinion. yeah, the evo sounds good too. good luck.

ahhh. the fart can sound. gotcha. yeah, i'm not a big fan of that sound. all the little douchebag kids around here have that and it sounds like butt. i'm with you all on the evo 2. it sounds good, especially at wot.

 

the Dunk is about the same as the evo isnt it?

 

it's pretty close. it's a little deeper than the evo, but it's real close. the dunk muffler part is huge. i had to take it off when i lowered my car cause it would scrape on just a little bump and my driveway.
