I don't think it drops it that much... honestly, I couldn't tell ya... I've been getting horrible gas mileage latelydue to a 13-year old o2 sensor... man, I gotta replace that thing asap lol...anybody know approximate prices on a new sensor?
cheapest i've ever found is about $70 for o2#1, $60 for o2#2

Come on guys, are we actually looking for better gas mileage? I mean **** we put on performance parts, to make our car faster. We put a 200 dollar part on and it seems faster.... is it the part or are we just thinking that.

Air Intake and Exhaust just allow the car to breathe!!!!! **** with all them parts on, it's hard not to let her snap. It always seems you try to get really good gas mileage on that one take of gas and then you get some *** or just get the urge to just let er rip....there went the good gas mileage test!

i thnk its because w/ turbo, instead of letting the exhaust just go to waste, its recycled to power the turbo
This makes a turbo motor efficient in the sense of power output, but has nothing to do with fuel economy. What injen was saying is correct.

i could see how that makes... but who wants to stay out of boost, half the fun of a turbo is spooling up by a runner on the sidewalk and scaring the **** out of them with the blowoff.

well i got a spray washer but the burners been busted for along time so its just pressure washen anymore...

tho mine wasnt to bad when i got it..... i just sprayed it down with a BUNCH of engine cleaner let it sit for alittle and then pressure washed it a few times.....

tho if ya got a cheap intake try not to spray it with the cleaner.LOL it clouded the chrome almost instantly! and i didnt even have the header then so no clue if it could mess it up or not....... downfall is i need to do it again cause when i swaped my valve cover for my painted one i didnt seal the old gasket thought it would be alright... NOPE leaked alittle oil out those stuborn cam shaft points........... so on my last oil change time i used some engine oil flush stuff then changed the oil anda new valve cover gasket with alittle honda bond on those stuborn 4 points....
