i was looking at this d16y8 cylindar head that is in good condition and comes with the valve cover and vtec solenoid. they are asking $190... is this a good deal or should i look for one for less if i can?

 

its not bad i guess but you can get a complete d16y8 for about 500$

that's actually what i saw the deal on. i figure it is easier, and quite cheaper to buy the head and intake and all that for about 300 than switch the whole thing out. i really don't want to get into all that because i'd have to borrow my friends engine stand and a whole bunch of crap that i don't feel like doing. although it would be nice to buy the whole engine and sandblast and paint it before i put it in. hmmm...
and i didn't even think about the fact that i put an engine and internals question on the intake page. oh well
