Default Header/Cat Back/Resonator

When you put on a catback, can you still have that nice sound, i guess a resonator would make? You know, that loud, sometimes deep noise i usually hear on modded cars that some ppl find annoying. Also, is the header and cat back connected in any way in installion or r they just part of the exhaust system?

a resonator actually quiets the exhaust down in the interior of the car. I once rode on the highway in a rice rocket........man it gets so annoying while cruising alone. WOOaaaaaaaaaaa!!! U can have good sounding exhaust w/ a resonator......just get a good name brand like greddy.,
