I'm finally getting a header so I can finally have IHE, and as much as I want to drop the money on a nice Greddy or DC header, college expenses won't let me do that, so I have it narrowed to a megan racing header, or HP racing (both would be 4-2-1 SS). I know that power-wise neither one is going to be very different, but for overall build quality and fitment, which one should I go for? Price isn't really an issue considering I can get either one for between 130-170 ebay.

I bought a Megan header a couple of weeks ago and I really like it. Good quality for the price, and the fitment was great too! I also bout a catback (drift spec) from Megan which I got in the mail yesterday. I haven't put it on yet, but it has really nice welds...
