im outside w/ my laptop installing my SRI from AEM and cant figure out how to get my airbox off. HOw should i? its just the last piece that looks like a tray. it simply wont budge.

don't try to pull it off lol. if you OPEN the box, via the screws on it, you can expose the inside. you'll see that the box tray thing is clamped down to the throttle. after you loosen the clamps, presto!

it 's all good bro. i had an incredibly hard time my first time doing it. i tried to put that sucker off. lol. i actually went the hard way and undid the throttle clip thing from the bottom where's its SO hard to get off. open the box - it's a hell of a lot easier. good luck

Yeah, you shouldn't ever really have to force anything that's made of plastic. Only on old rusted bolts should you let out your frustration. My05civic is right though, just look around untiil you see something to open or unscrew, and just take it one available screw at a time.
