Has anyone ever done one or seen one where u couldnt see the exhaust tip at all?

 

yeah, you can create a straight pipe and slightly angle it down at the exhaust cutout in the bumper, or you can have a side exit system, and i don't recommend either.

 

I did something similar on a Nissan truck. I had cat and muffler directly in line under the cab, looked good, easy ti fix but sound was horrible inside the cab. I suppose you wouldn't have that much room under a Civic. IMO I would keep stock exhaust exit position.
