was the short air intake fairly easy to install?

it was more than fairly easy...just had to undo three bolts and a screw to get the old unit off and the new unit fit in and uses rubber cups with metal fasteners.

eh, i only do it at idle, your ears might bleed if you full trhottle it when your ear is pressed agaist the filter. but you said "nutter" lmao

although that hissing noise is the air passing through the filter
