Default Intake Question

I have a '00 EX coupe and I got a Spectre intake tube last night but when I went to put it on I noticed that there are 3 things hooked to the stock intake hose but only 2 holes on the SRI tube. I read somewhere on here about putting a breather on the valve cover. My question is if anyone has a picture or diagram for the engine with labels about what goes where etc...This is the first time I've ever looked at an engine, so I'm still trying to learn where everything is in it.

Did you get that Spectre SRI from autozone or advanced auto parts?

you can put a third nipple in the intake. i did with mine. theres a steel tube insert on the stock intake. i use a pair of needle nose pliers and pulled it out. then used a drill to drill a hole in the bottom of the intake to kinda hide the hose and then just get either some rubber vacume line caps cut the caped end off and put the rubber piece around the steel tube insert, i guess some epoxy would work just as good.... and then which ever way yya go chose a drill size thats large enough for the tube piece to go into the intake. start out small and try to get it a tight fit! alittle oil rubbed on the rubber helps is slide into the new hole. then you have your third inlet for the stock lines how it should be hooked up.
not really difficult to do.... but i do sugest drilling the hole from the bottom of the intake to hide the inlet. just looks cleaner IMO

So it's not an actual kit, it's basically just piping, correct?

That's correct, the guys that were working helped me out so I bought the tube itself and a couple other things to make sure that it would fit on there and when I got down to the rescue squad (only place that has the tools that I need so thank God I'm a member) I really got into the engine and that's when I saw it.
